How to Order

All online orders are confirmed prior to shipping or production. An account manager will contact you to confirm the order and collect payment information. We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express. We accept Check by phone, email a copy of your check, contact your account manager for details.

Upon Receiving Order

Your package should be checked for damages before signing delivery receipt. If you should receive a damaged carton notify us within
24 hours. Do not discard damaged cartons as they must be held for inspection. If you receive items other than what was on the order form or your purchase
order or if items are missing from your order, contact us within 24 hours, via phone or email.

Returns/Exchanges

With-in 14 days of receipt you may return any non-tailored and non-customized item in its original unused condition for an in-house
credit. Custom items such as special orders, custom badges, patches, printing, screen-printing, custom uniforms, tailoring or embroidery that is made to customers verbal specific cations and/ or confirmed virtual proof form, will not be accepted as a return or exchange. Shipping fees are not creditable or refundable.

Sale Items – Exchange/Returns

All items on sale are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Where to Send Returns/Exchanges

Send all returns and exchanges to our warehouse address: 16012 Blythe St, Van Nuys CA 91406.
Returns must be approved by Quick Uniforms before products are returned. A return authorization form must accompany the package. In-house credit will be given for returns and a restocking fee for up to 25% of cost of product. Customer must pay all shipping related fees and insurance.

Customized Products & Services

All custom orders approved by client and in the production stage are NON- REFUNDABLE unless, an error was made on our behalf. This applies to; sewn on company patches (tailoring) custom screen printing orders and embroidery. All orders in the production stage will not be stopped and refunded once approved by customer.

Shipping Options

All orders are shipped ground via UPS. There is no shipping on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. A quicker method of shipping via
UPS, Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day are available. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and related fees such as custom fees. Orders
placed after 1pm will be sent the next business day, allow more time for customization.
